Ms. Wu Zaoli (吴造力),a senior director of human resources and administration of our company. She is primarily responsible for human resources, administration and legal affairs of our Group.

Prior to joining our Group, from September 2007 to December 2012, Ms. Wu successively

served as a human resources promotion specialist, head of editorial department and corporate culture manager at Shanghai MicroPort Medical, where she was primarily responsible for corporate culture affairs.

Ms. Wu obtained her bachelor’s degree in administrative management and master’s degree in industrial economics from Shanghai Maritime University (上海海事大学) in the PRC in July 2005 and October 2007, respectively.
